When talking about the vagina, we are talking about the part of the vagina that is inside of your sex doll, which is actually the vaginal barrel. From the outside of the doll, both the fixed and replaceable vagina look just about the same on modern sex dolls.

Fixed -vs- Replaceable Vaginas
With the Replaceable Vagina the vaginal barrel is a removable 7" (18cm) closed end tube made from the same thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that your sex doll is. The tube is quite large in diameter to assure once placed inside your doll it is secure and will not pull out during use. The outside of the tube is smooth to assist in insertion/removal and inside the vaginal tube is tight and textured for your pleasure.
The main benefit of a replaceable vagina in your sex doll is that it can be removed which makes it easier to cleanse after use. We strongly recommend the use of the replaceable vagina for your comfort and hygiene.
