I'm so sorry to hear the smell bothers you William. Some people really like the smell, and others don't smell anything at all. Some occasionally like you, can't stand the scent of the TPE. You may try a mineral oil bath and let the mineral oil soak in overnight. then wipe of any excess and powder her. It may help. Note: dont rub the mineral oil on makeup or eyebrows, as it will remove it.

t it with a hot towel. When that didn't fix it, I was told that I needed to repeatedly treat it with boiling water and it will work because they have had the problem before. I guess it could work, put I don't feel like putting in the effort. Would have been great for them to fix the problem if they already knew the was one, instead of sending a known defect out to customers. The other issue I have is that her butthole gapes when ever you bend her legs. This might not be an issue for some, but I'm just not a fan of gapping assholes. Other than these issues, I'd call her perfect. I still give her five stars and would never even think about sending her back. Oh yah, I forgot about one more thing that disappointed me about the purchase. I sure wish I would have seen your email about this. I want you to know that the side seam is not a defect and it can not be removed. All dolls have the seam, it's just part of the creation process. Nice doll wish I wish I would have been warned about dark clothing staining the doll it absorbed into the skin and would not clean up also the smell was a little strong but all things considered very nice quality and would buy another just hate learning the hard way.

Even a few small issues, and they took care of them immediately and provided more support.

The doll (Daphne) showed up and was in perfect condition. The neck bolt connected to the head was a little stuck, but nothing a set of vise grips and a wrench can't solve. Once out of the box, I did have to wait a few days for the head to arrive which was okay. You have to understand where they are being shipped from. Have some patience and it will pay off.

Head arrived in immaculate condition, and I even ordered a second one. The doll. is beautiful, soft, but there is a lot of upkeep if you have never had a doll before. This was a learning experience for me.

The doll is heavy in a way, but more awkward to move until you get used to how to move, position, and bend the limbs. It's truly an art.

The special box gift for the season was great also, so look forward to it even it it takes a little longer to arrive than expected.

I would recommend RLSD hands down for anyone that would ever ask. Read Less
