How the Get-It-Right Guarantee Works
1. Inspect Your Doll On Arrival
As soon as your doll arrives, inspect her while she’s still in the box. We ask that you do this within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Report Any Issues Promptly
If you notice anything significantly wrong—like an error in your order or a defect—reach out to us at CustomerCare@rlsdlp.com within 48 hours of receiving your doll. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear, well-lit photos or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll respond within 24 business hours to discuss the next steps.
3.Keep the Doll Completely Unused If You Need a Replacement
- Do not remove her from the box.
- Do not bathe, dress, or apply anything to her skin.
- Do not insert or attach any accessories.
- In short, leave her exactly as she arrived.
Once a doll is removed from the box, used, dressed, or otherwise altered in any way, it’s considered used and no longer eligible for return or exchange. (We do test all returns to ensure they’re unused.)
What Could Void the Guarantee?
Using or Altering the Doll
If a doll has been bathed, dressed, or had accessories or lubricant applied—even once—it’s considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages Caused by Negligence
We can’t be responsible for problems resulting from misuse, mishandling, or lack of proper care.
Suspicious or User-Inflicted Damage
If it appears the doll was damaged intentionally or through irresponsible handling, we can’t offer an exchange.
Makeup Variations
Our semi-permanent makeup is carefully applied to mirror photos as closely as possible, but minor differences may occur. This is not covered under the guarantee.
Minor Skin Imperfections
Small marks can happen during the molding process and are generally inconspicuous—think of them as unique “birthmarks.”
