I felt so good about my first doll's purchase that I decided to order a second doll. This one arrived extremely quickly, but had a problem with one of the feet/leg due how it was handled during shipping. I reached out to RLSD/Rod, and he worked with Zelex to get me a replacement body ASAP.

RLSD and Rod have also been very helpful with any question I had. They even reached out to Zelex to get a videos and pictures to help me.

The dolls are beautiful, high quality, and look even better in person!

RLSD has been very easy to work with. They have been responsive to all my questions and their communication has been excellent. I will be my first choice for any future purchases. Read Less
